Meet our massage therapists

julie paul massothérapeute

I care deeply about wellness and about supporting people in their physical, mental, and emotional health. I have been a certified massage therapist since 2017 and am a member of a recognized professional association in Québec, which allows me to issue insurance receipts with confidence.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I worked as a personal care assistant in the healthcare field. That experience gave me a broader perspective and helps me better understand your needs as a whole.

My approach is based on listening and creating a massage adapted to you. Each session starts with a detailed discussion to assess your needs and design a treatment that fits.

Depending on what you prefer, I can work with deeper pressure or keep it lighter. Over time, I’ve also learned to blend different techniques within the same session when it’s helpful.

The only exception is lymphatic drainage, which must be performed on its own to remain effective.

  • Swedish massage (60 or 90 minutes): A classic choice for overall relaxation of body and mind. This technique helps release muscle tension and supports healthy circulation.
  • Therapeutic Swedish massage (60 or 90 minutes): Focuses on persistent muscle tightness and works more specifically on problem areas. A good option if you spend long hours at a desk, are physically active, or need focused recovery.
  • Lomi-lomi massage (60 or 90 minutes): Originating from Hawaiian tradition, this massage uses long, flowing movements with the forearms to bring deep physical and mental relaxation.
  • Foot reflexology (60 minutes): Applies targeted pressure on reflex points of the feet to help rebalance the body and promote overall well-being. Each part of the body corresponds to a zone on the feet, making this treatment both precise and effective.
  • Lymphatic drainage (90 minutes): A gentle technique performed on the surface of the skin to stimulate the lymphatic system. It encourages detoxification, supports the immune system, reduces inflammation, and relieves heaviness. It can be especially helpful if you experience restless legs’ syndrome.

My goal is to support your well-being in a warm and respectful setting. Whether you want to ease specific pain, restore energy, or take time for yourself, I am committed to offering professional and attentive care. All my massages also include the benefits of scalar waves, which add another layer of support.

I look forward to meeting you.
